This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Playfull GAMES LLC ("Playfull Rewardz," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit getplayfullrewardz.app (the "Site"), create an account to join the Playfull Rewardz community, play our games and quizzes, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy applies to information processed through the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control, even if they are linked from the Site. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

- Feedback & ratings: reviews, ratings, or comments you choose to submit about games and quizzes.
- Communications: the contents of messages you send us, such as support or account requests.

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

06 How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only in the limited circumstances below. We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers (processors): We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and fraud prevention. They are bound by contract to use the data only to provide services to us and to protect it.
- Game and content providers: Where games or quizzes are supplied or hosted by partners, we may share limited information necessary to deliver the activity to you. We do not provide your name or email to these partners for their own marketing.
- Aggregated & anonymised data: We may share aggregated or anonymised statistics (for example, how a quiz performed overall) that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

10 Data Security

11 Your Privacy Rights
11.1 EEA & United Kingdom

11.2 California (CCPA / CPRA)

There is generally no fee, although we may charge a reasonable fee or decline a request that is excessive or unfounded as permitted by law.
12 Children's Privacy
The Services are intended only for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@getplayfullrewardz.app.
13 Automated Decision-Making
We use basic matching logic to suggest games and quizzes that may fit your interests. This matching does not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you and is not solely automated decision-making within the meaning of applicable data-protection laws. You are always free to ignore any recommendation.
14 Third-Party Links & Services
The Site and the games may contain links to third-party websites and services, including content hosted by game partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
15 Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we honour recognised opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
16 Data Breach Notification
